University of Michigan CU AI Score

AI Score: 3 of 5 stars, AI connected to internal credit-union data

An AI system works on the credit union's own data: a member-facing assistant answering from its accounts or knowledge base, AI analytics or personalisation on member data, machine-learning fraud detection on its transactions.

University of Michigan Credit Union has deployed interface.ai's voice and chat AI assistants that answer member questions in real time, and its CTO describes the rollout publicly. The evidence shows a member-facing assistant plus fraud screening on member interactions, but nothing showing AI making decisions inside processes or taking actions in systems.
